Hog Processing

Our next group of hogs is scheduled to go to the processor in February 2026.
If you’ve reserved a half or whole hog with us, this is the processing window your pork will fall into. We’ll be in touch closer to time with exact drop-off and pick-up dates, as well as cut sheet instructions.
What You Can Expect:
We’ll confirm your order and balance due in January.
You’ll receive a cut sheet from the processor to customize how you’d like your pork packaged.
Once processing is complete, you'll pick up your pork directly from the processor (location and details will be provided via email).
Reminders:
Final weights and remaining balances will be calculated after hanging weight is determined.
Pork is typically ready for pick-up 1–2 weeks after drop-off.
Please plan freezer space accordingly!
