Hog Processing

Our next group of hogs is scheduled to go to the processor in February 2026.

If you’ve reserved a half or whole hog with us, this is the processing window your pork will fall into. We’ll be in touch closer to time with exact drop-off and pick-up dates, as well as cut sheet instructions.

What You Can Expect:

  • We’ll confirm your order and balance due in January.

  • You’ll receive a cut sheet from the processor to customize how you’d like your pork packaged.

  • Once processing is complete, you'll pick up your pork directly from the processor (location and details will be provided via email).

Reminders:

  • Final weights and remaining balances will be calculated after hanging weight is determined.

  • Pork is typically ready for pick-up 1–2 weeks after drop-off.

  • Please plan freezer space accordingly!
