Fresh Peach Cobbler

There is something special about a warm peach cobbler fresh from the oven. Sweet, juicy peaches topped with a buttery, golden cobbler are hard to beat—especially when served warm with a cold glass of fresh whole milk or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Thank you for bringing home one of our Fresh Peach Cobbler Kits! We hope it helps make dessert simple, delicious, and a chance to gather around the table together.

You'll Need

  • 1 Rose n' Thistle Farm Fresh Peach Cobbler Kit

  • 1 cup whole milk, fresh from the farm store!

  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  2. Wash and slice the fresh peaches if they aren't already prepared. Place them into the included 8×8 baking pan. Sprinkle the fruit packet (sugar, cornstarch, and spices) over the peaches and stir gently to coat evenly.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cobbler mix with 1 cup whole milk until just combined.

  4. Stir in the melted butter until the batter is smooth.

  5. Pour the batter evenly over the peaches. There's no need to stir—the batter will rise around the fruit as it bakes.

  6. Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the cobbler comes out clean.

  7. Allow the cobbler to cool for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Serving Suggestions

Our favorite way to enjoy this cobbler is warm with:

  • A scoop of vanilla ice cream

  • Fresh whipped cream

  • An extra splash of cold whole milk alongside

Leftovers can be covered and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Warm individual servings in the microwave for 20–30 seconds before enjoying.
